The ADOR – one of the oldest farms in the region – is situated above the roofs of Kaltern in the midst of rolling hills, surrounded by old buildings and with a breath-taking view of the surrounding mountain landscape. At this outstanding location, we have made it our business to restore the historic buildings on site and create a most special space for most special occasions. In addition to a spacious ballroom, the ADOR offers a party room in the comfortable Whiskey Lounge and enough space for up to 130 guests in its beautiful garden with sheltered loggia. Garden & loggia
In the private garden, surrounded by rustic stone walls and the lush green of the vines, framed by fragrant cypresses, ancient olive trees and aromatic herbs, the Mediterranean atmosphere welcomes you to our stylish location. The sheltered loggia is perfect for an aperitif to welcome your guests in a relaxed manner.
The ballroom
Characterised by the charm of the main house’s ancient walls, the large ballroom welcomes you. The ballroom can be decorated individually and to your heart’s content. It accommodates up to 130 people. Enjoy your dinner in a romantic atmosphere and get in the mood for an unforgettable night, because here you can party until dawn.
The church
Your wedding may take place in the Gothic basilica from the 14th century and thus turn into a ceremony with extraordinary charm. The very special classiness of the St.-Katharina-Kirche (“St. Catherine’s Church”) offers seating for about 80 people.
The Whiskey Lounge
Connoisseurs get their money’s worth in the Whiskey Lounge in the basement. You can choose your favourites from the wide range of different types of whiskey. Enjoy a glass of your preferred whiskey and relax in the unique ambience of our lounge.

Our team will be happy to plan your very special holiday menu with you and will support you professionally and reliably with all your wishes, questions and requirements. We would be happy to recommend a range of carefully selected wines, non-alcoholic drinks and fine spirits to match your menu. If desired, you might also combine your party with an event at our restaurant META on Waltherplatz in the heart of Bolzano. Here, high above the rooftops of Bolzano, you can, for example, spend the night before your wedding.

For more than 15 years our proprietary catering service OPUS – Exclusive Eventcatering has been in operation globally with a lot of passion as a specialist for our international customers’ pleasure in all respects. In 2021, on the occasion of the opening of the META – Restaurant Palais Campofranco, OPUS can be enjoyed in its home country South Tyrol and in the ADOR.
